I'm Antonio Torres. I build software, and the teams that build it, from Mexico City.

In 2016 I cofounded Eden and became its CTO. For the next 8 years I built health tech for doctors and their patients: tools that made care easier to reach and put people in control of their own health data.

At a startup, CTO means a bit of everything. I wrote code, built and led the engineering team, shaped the product, and sat at the table for the strategy and business decisions that kept us growing.

In June 2025 I joined Amazon as a Software Development Manager, where I lead an engineering team. I'm also AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.

Outside of work I'm usually building something with my hands: robots, 3D printed parts, and side projects that start with “how hard could it be?” I write about what I learn here, and I'm starting to share it on YouTube too.
